Natalie Rooks joins BBM Studios as Project Manager at Robert Sharp & Associates.

Robert Sharp & Associates, Rapid City’s leading advertising agency, is pleased welcome Natalie Rooks as project manager of RSA’s interactive media department. Natalie’s experience in public relations and customer service, as well as her organizational and analytical skills provides her the knowledge and skills to meet clients’ needs.

Natalie is a recent graduate of Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she earned a BA in public relations and a minor in economics. In addition to positions in sales, she spent the majority of her time writing for the student newspaper, doing public relations for a campus organization and creating a year-long strategic public relations campaign for a nonprofit during her senior seminar. Most recently she wrote a bi-weekly column about living life abroad when she spent her last semester in Vienna, Austria.

Now having returned home to the Black Hills, Natalie brings her written communication skills and experience in customer service to the Sharp Agency’s interactive department. She focuses her efforts on managing client projects from start to finish with strategic planning and attention to detail in order to meet clients’ needs. Natalie is determined to provide clients with excellent customer service in this competitive and ever-changing marketplace.
