Scott Harley Bruce is the newest addition to the sales team at RSA. As the New Business Development Specialist, Bruce will be responsible for generating leads, networking, and recruiting new clients.

Bruce has spent more than 15 years in advertising, with experience in television, radio, and newspaper, including time in sales at KOTA Television in Rapid City. A graduate of Black Hills State University, Bruce holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Advertising.
