Is it time for the third quarter newsletter already? Man this year is just slipping away from me; but many exciting things have been going on.
For starters, I'd like to introduce the newest addition to our team, Jack Sitch. Jack earned a degree in Broadcast and Secondary Education from Black Hills State University, Spearfish, SD, and has been a professional broadcaster for over 25 years.
In addition to being in the business, he was also a broadcast communications instructor for many years; teaching at his Alma Mater, Black Hills State University, and for the Rapid City Area Public School System.
His professional career also includes two years as the Executive Director for the local chapter of the American Red Cross. Jack's goal is to use his real world experiences and his professional approach to help clients achieve outstanding results by converting his unique message into digital video.
On a different note, our part-timer, Aaron Selmanson has gone on a month long hiatus to Spain. He and a buddy are going to do some backpacking across the country. So we wish him a safe journey and return home.
The last month has been absolutely busy, busy, busy. I did a lot of work for the Central States and SD State Fair. In addition to shooting a ton of video, I also took many photos. Attached are some photos from some of the concerts. Both fairs were a success, and I had a great time working at both of them.
Speaking of photos, did you know that we offer that service as well? You bet we do! Any kind of photo you want, we can do it -- just ask.
Usually I add some videos here to showcase some of our work. However, this time I decided to go a little different route. Attached are three radio spots. The first is for the SD State Fair. The jingle you will listen to was written and directed by our very own Robert Sharp.
The second and third spots that we produced were not your average radio commercials. These spots will give you a little idea on how we can make your radio come alive with sound effects and character voices. The first is for ND Department of Transportation, and the second is for Big D -- Enjoy!
